I hold space for women who have spent a lot of time trying to do life right, and are now ready to create a life that feels right for them.
As a certified coach (ICF ACC) and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I bring deep presence, practical support, and embodied awareness to help you take small, sustainable steps toward what already feels true for you.
